The short version: we collect as little as we can.
We only ask for what we need to reply to you, we use it for that and nothing else, and we never sell it. Below is the fuller picture, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, email us and we'll explain it properly.
What we collect
The only information you actively give us comes through our contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus a few optional details you can choose to share: your organization, the kind of help you're after, and any timeline you're working toward. That's it. We don't ask for anything we don't need to have a useful first conversation.
Like most websites, our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and reliability. We don't use these to build a profile of you, and we don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use what you send for one purpose: to read your message, understand what you need, and get back to you, usually within one business day. We may keep the email thread so we have context if we work together or if you reach out again later. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information, and we don't share it except with the limited service providers below that make the form and the site work.
The services we rely on
To keep things simple and secure, a few third parties process small pieces of data on our behalf. We've chosen them deliberately, and each has its own privacy terms:
FormSubmit. Our contact form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). When you submit the form, your entries pass through their service so the message can reach us. See the FormSubmit site for details on how they operate.
Google reCAPTCHA. To keep our inbox free of spam and bot submissions, the contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. It collects some device and usage information to tell humans from bots, and its use is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Google Fonts. Our typefaces are served through Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when a page loads in order to deliver the fonts. Nothing you type is involved.
Cookies
We don't set our own tracking or advertising cookies. The main third-party component that may set a cookie is Google reCAPTCHA on the contact page, which uses it to do its spam-filtering job. If you'd rather avoid it, you can reach us by email instead of the form.
How long we keep it
We hold on to inquiry messages for as long as they're useful, to reply, to keep context for a live project, or to pick up a conversation you restart. If you'd like us to delete your information, just ask and we will.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. The simplest way is to email info@designmine.so and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we're happy to honor those, just get in touch.
Contacting us

Updates to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the date below. This policy was last updated on August 18, 2026.
